LIFT APP

Hey everyone!

There is a new app  on the iPhone called LIFT and it is free. This app is so cool, it is a personal motivator. As you grow as a person they are always those old habits that we just can't change and wish we started to do when we were little. It takes 21 days to change a habit. This app allows you to pick goals that you would like to accomplish such as waking up early, cleaning room everyday for 15 minutes, doing 10k squats everyday, or wake up early everyday. Everyday when you accomplish the task you can click the check mark button and it stores it on your phone that you accomplished that task for the day. It also lets you set reminders, for example you can set a reminder for 7:00 am to clean up your room. It is a really cool app, you should try it out.
